Description:
This mini version of our oven dish, with its high sides, is ideal for smaller households that want to make dishes that need roasting or baking in the oven.
The oven dish has a curved rim – known as a rolled rim in enamel terms – which is created by bending the metal during the manufacturing process to form a rounded and stable rim. You can use knives to cut the food directly in the dish without any problems.
The oven dish is easy to clean after use so that it can be ready for the next time that it’s needed.
The mini oven dish is available in a range of colours: black, Nile green, green, red and blue. This means that you can perfectly coordinate the oven dish with the rest of your cookware.
Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware is suitable for use with all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even open flame). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and is then retained. This ensures sustainable, energy-efficient cooking.
The non-porous, smooth, glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene, as it’s flavour-neutral, prevents bacteria growth and is easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, our enamel cookware can provide years of cooking enjoyment and will maintain its characteristic glossy appearance.
Uses:
The practical, high-sided dish is a versatile and robust helper in the kitchen that can be used for everything from cooking meat and vegetables, to preparing casseroles and small cakes. This dish is also ideal for cooking dishes with lots of sauce or taller contents. And of course it’s great for cooking smaller quantities, for example if one or two people want to enjoy a meal together.
Tip:
If you use the mini oven dish as a baking tin, make sure to grease it well and to flour or crumb it before adding the batter or dough. This ensures that the cake, and anything else that you choose to make in the dish, will not stick and can be easily removed.
