Description
Roast and serve at the table right away, the RIESS gourmet pan is just right. Our classic serving pan is not only suitable for many dishes, but can also be used by one to many people, as it is available in many sizes.
The serving pan has two handles and is ideal for all egg dishes, dumplings of all kinds and much more. With its two practical handles, it can be placed directly on the dining table and is therefore also suitable as a serving pan or even as a plate substitute, since it can be cut with knives.
At the same time, the gourmet pan is also an oven pan and can be placed in the oven at high heat, e.g. as a gratin dish for gratinating or simply to keep food warm.
The material enamel consists of iron, which was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stove (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the smooth, poreless glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel tableware gives pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
